Junior Jujitsu

A comprehensive program that fosters growth, patience and maturity through the development of physical acuity and mental awareness.
Monday and Wednesday 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Adult Classes
(Ages 14 and up)
With over 12 basic levels, each composed of 14 or more specific maneuvers derived from the most common forms of attack; the basics of this system are packed with self defence principles and effective applications.
Monday and Wednesday 7:30 - 9:30 pm

Welcome to the world of Jujitsu. We hope that in the months to come you will find your relationship with Professional Self Defence educational, enjoyable and beneficial.
Jujitsu is much more than a pastime, it is an art that extends far beyond its visible fighting techniques. Self defence maneuvers and ancient forms that you will learn might never be used in a lifetime. The purpose of Jujitsu is not to bring injury or death to another. The true value of Jujitsu transcends its technical aspects of training; more important are the development of mental and moral characteristics such as: Courage, Humility, Self Control and Patience. Theses are Jujitsu's hidden values.
